Do you have any bedtime “rituals”? (1 Viewer)

I must sleep with Teddy (a stuffed golden teddy bear holding a rose) and I ask my Google Home to play ocean sounds. By some miracle it works and I’m out the whole night.

I sleep on my stomach with a pillow under my hips. The pillow is like beanie babies - the ones with the beads on the inside, and it's probably like 12" long and 6" wide. I've had these kinds of pillows ever since I was a kid, and I don't know why I need the support right there, but it helps me a lot with being comfortable enough to sleep.

Ohhh that’s interesting. Personally I’m a stomach sleeper as well.

Journal by writing my ideal life, and my skin care routine. Usually comfort shows too, until I can't keep my eyes open.

Late night showers, then listen to brown noise if it's too quiet.
