Tomorrow is the first spring day finally Do you have any spring traditions in your country?

In my home country we use to give to our friends/family something like this, usually with a lucky charm/symbol

we don't have something like this here to my knowledge.

There is not much is spring that really sticks out ,for where I'm from it's technically summer all year around 💀. When it's actually summer tho, we have new years,where we splash water at each other and a day where we all light up candles and make shapes out of it because why not(along with paying respects to elders). (And no we don't make one of those satanic shapes, some make shapes like owls)

new years on summer? I always wondered how it is like, I usually freeze on NYE

new years last like 4-5 days, probably 5 this year since it's a leap year, and the only time where it's acceptable to throw a bucket of water at someone, since it's really hot,that's basically the whole celebration, the whole country becomes a water fight area.We do celebrate Western new year however as I said it's practically summer all year around, and "winter" to us is spring or summer to some countries. The only real change in weather is when it rains so much it floods

We don't rly have anything that is just about spring, but we have some holidays in spring time. Easter is ofc one, but also Vappu (Walpurgis Night/May Day) and day for Virvonta, which is mostly for children to dress up as witches, go around houses and ask for candy in exchange of branches of.. pussy willows (awkward name in English lol). Vappu is more for everyone, if u are high school graduate you will usually go out with ur high school cap with friends, then u drink some Sima and eat doughnouts and tunnel cakes.

But apart from holidays, there is just spring cleaning xd
