online, irl I have 1-2 true friends I'd consider and that I talk to on a daily basis, the rest are just acquaintances where conversations are very shallow level

Definitely online friends. As of now I have about 8 friends irl that I consider someone that I would hang out with outside of school (not including old friends who I don't talk to or people I talk to casually). I've just met so many people online that it doesn't even compare.

I'm not good at making online friends or keeping that friendship going for long. I talk more in rl than I do online.

irl only, i don't really have any online friends as i am not that much active on the internet to start any meaningful friendships. if i meet someone irl and then continue that friendship only through texting or something because there is no time to hang out then i can do it but friendships based only on online interactions were never my thing.
