Personally, I´m usually ok. I know I need to get up so I just do is quickly unless I´m really tired, but I know some people need to have like three alarm clocks.

Yep lately I have, my alarms don't work like they used to which I'm scared of lowkey, I used to wake up immediately to alarms

Ehhh no, depends on what I have to do the next day and how tired I was before I fell asleep.
I have more trouble staying awake during that day time...i start crashing after 4 to 5 hours awake, especially in winter seasons it's like my body wants to hibernate.
