Where people sometimes (or always) refer the the county (specifically sovereign) by the name of one of its regions? Some examples that come to mind for me are Netherlands (called Holland sometimes), Germany (called versions of Saxony at times), the UK (called England or Great Britain at times), and Czechia (called Bohemia sometimes).
