Ten from NCT is exempt from military service in Thailand because of a past injury and Taehwan from Vanner is exempt because he’s his family’s sole provider. Seunghyub from NFlying is exempt due to an injury as well.

the two examples i was going to mention... that said for coups, he will be conscripted if south korea were to enter an active war. and speaking of vanner, another member of theirs, gon, does not have to serve as an active idol - he finished his conscription long before he even thought of becoming an idol. vanner present a unique case, where the older members do not have to enlist anymore, while the younger members have to enlist as active idols (members sungkook and hyesung are currently serving in the military, and maknae yeonggwang is yet to serve)

In NFlying it’s the oldest and the maknae that don’t need to enlist. Seunghyub is exempt due to an injury and Hwesung did his service before being an idol. Opposite ends of the spectrum
