Everything that calms you down before sleep. You could listen to ASMR or specific Binaural Beats before going to bed. I find it relaxing to watch a night walk before going to bed (especially videos of rainy nights).



Sometimes I lie in bed after watching the video and imagine how the walk could continue. It helps distracting me from thoughts that could upset me.

Can confirm I’ve fallen asleep very quickly with drugs

my go to is always audiovisual asmr. warming up a little (but not to the point of sweating) can also help- sometimes i turn on the a/c just so i can cuddle with my blankets because it makes me super sleepy.

also if you wanna take melatonin or any other sleep medication/drug make sure to talk to your doctor first, they can help a lot but they can also make things worse if you don't have professional guidance!

Over the counter I always have NyQuil or Benadryl in the cabinet two in one knocks you out and helps those sick days or allergy days.
But I would not advise for an every day sleep aid.
