To plant seeds in the chicken run and keep back 9 chickens all at once who just want to devour said seeds and play in the freshly turned dirt??
It’s very difficult

I planted a few herbs for them like lavender, dill, basil and also chives. To make sure it actually grows we have a mesh lid thing that I put over it, and as everything grows through the mesh the chickens can eat a healthy snack.

But it was not a fun time planting it all that’s for sure
