is it just me or is picking something in the snack or ice cream aisle almost impossible

i can usually pull the trigger and make hard decisions when theres trouble, but when i have to pick a movie to watch or something to eat i just shut down

yeah i feel the same way. it takes me so long to buy snacks because i have narrow down my options by literally using process of elimination WHILE IN THE STORE

It does if I'm in the store. I take out a notepad and start making notes just to make a decision.

A bit of both. As others have said, I also tend to take a long time deciding on what to buy especially when it comes to food shopping.

But, for other items like clothes, sneakers, and so on, I tend to choose quickly.

Wat i tend to do is, i over research as much as my brain n senses can take: then i mostly go by rote after deciding wat i want from those options. N i choose the same thing over n over again after tat. Unless some new options appear, which i tend not to research unless they jump out at me or sthg. Im quite content to repeat over n over again. I dont over think after the initial research. But i do tend to research on other things as they come up n its a chore every time. But i cant seem to help it, unless i force myself to stop at some point-or a dead end appears. Then im forced to stop. The internet is also just too big n endless, which is bad if i dont force myself to stop or if no stopping point appears. Smh tiredness is a natural stopping point tho.
