Short nails. Long nails are uncomfortable for me. I don't need them super short, though. I can still peel a sticker or something where having a bit of a nail's edge can help.

i like the idea of long nails but not too long
there was this one person whose nail were so long she typed with them instead of her fingers and i had no idea how she functions with them
but in terms of long or short i would choose short
