as a minority myself i dont mind when people make jokes about my culture and people as long as its not ill-intentioned,, its pretty obvious when someone means harm vs when theyre actually mocking racists and -phobes/-ists. this is my personal opinion of course, and people who don't like these types of jokes are also valid and free to express that

its obviously not my place to laugh or approve of jokes about other cultures though
