Sushi is my staple go to foood!

I love sushi, but I often get uncomfortable eating the raw seafood that I rarely get sushi these days

but kimbap is kinda similar to sushi (but it's big) and I just tried it for the first time last month, and it's really good

never had it. I can't have fish anymore, but if those have like, a vegetarian version or something, I want to try!

I like my tuna in a form of a sandwhich but for my salmon i just like it grilled with a side of rice and veggies :)

I don't know the names is the problem, I've only ate two flavors but I forgot the name but I haven't taste a variety yet 😅 🙃

same. i can tolerate seaweed, but i just don't enjoy it.
i think i just don't like the taste of the ocean.

have you tried inari sushi (or the korean version, yubuchobap)? it's the only sushi i like.

it's basically a deep fried bean curd/tofu pocket that's been soaked in a sweet/savory marinade, then stuffed with sushi rice and topped with whatever (usually just sesame seeds).

you can usually find the pouches in the asian grocery store in the refrigerated section next to the tofu. inari (the japanese ver) is usually rectangular and don't come with extra stuff, but i add the excess marinade to my sushi rice.

the korean version are in smaller triangles and is more like a kit that has dehydrated vegetables (like in ramen), sesame topping, and liquid seasoning for the rice.

i find them both equally good.

if you can't find them in the refrigerated section, i've also seen them in cans before, although i've never tried those myself.

I had these! There is something about the cream cheese’s texture and flavor that just works so well!

I can’t have these anymore bc I am now vegan, but idk, I could try making a veganized version of it someday!
