Do you pay attention to line distributions? (1 Viewer)

I very rarely watch those line distribution videos. Some members get less lines because they choose to, or because their vocal tone doesn’t match certain parts… AND THATS TOTALLY OKAY!​

Yes, I agree with you 100%. I see too often people complain about it not being fair or they make it sound like a competition. In reality I know a lot of idols are glad if they are in a group and someone can do a part that would be hard for them. Some members just have a certain range and voice that suits a certain genre better.

I only ever used those to see which member sings which part before lol, and last time I did that was probably 5yrs ago. Even then sometimes the people who made it made mistakes not listing the person who sang the part, and then I need to refer to the comment section.

I don't. At the end of the day, it's the quality of the song that matters, not the quantity of lines for each member. I mean, it does kind of suck when your bias doesn't get as many lines as the rest of the group, but if the music is good, the music is good!

Not usually. I only notice in really extreme cases, like if the song sounds just like a solo song But otherwise nah

like that's the whole point of visual centers I don't get why fans want their favs to be seen as all around aces
they don't get as many lines when there are stronger singers to give them to, and instead they serve face and act as a memorable visual to the song

like why do they call visuals useless when they are VISUALS for a reason their there for the face card and beauty/handsomeness
