I don't know.
My friends are a mix of older (5 years older at most), younger than me (7 years at most) and the same age in real life but I never really thought about the age gaps we just get along well to be honest.

I mean generally I work with really young kids, 0-5 mainly, and they easy to get along with (but I have alot of patience I've been told lol) , and my colleagues are quite far apart in age from early 20's to late 50's I have no probllem getting along with either side tbh.
