Do you have a preference? Personally, I like maki rolls the most out them because I'm not a huge fan of raw fish and it's a little more palatable in this format.

Out of washoku(japanese cuisine), i might prefer tempura, noodles n nigiri n maki. But i dont often hv Japanese food as its costly-er than local asian food. Its more of a special occasion or irregular occurrence food. Maybe just a few times a yr, if tat. Like during a celebration before the pandemic, where noodles, sushi n tempura were eaten by my family members at a Japanese chain restaurant. It was delicious but not a frequent occurrence. We ate both nigiri n maki then too.
