Do you prefer subs or dubs when you watch anime? (1 Viewer)

I prefer subs but I don't really mind when animes are dubbed.

typically, i prefer dubs. it's stupid and personal, but i've been told my voice sounds like an annoying anime girl and i get so much crap for it, especially now that i'm trying to be masculine, so i kind of have a hatred for some of the high pitched voice acting used in the original audio i do greatly enjoy the japanese language, though !! it's beautiful to listen to


though it sometimes depends on the anime. for instance, if i watched it initially subbed and got attached to the characters, there's a good chance i'm going to prefer the original voice actors because it's what i'm used to and what i heard when i first fell in love with that anime, if that makes sense

Almost always subs, but Ouran’s dub is an exception as the dub is just as good.

Japanese. I prefer watching everything in their original language. It feel weird for me to also hear dubbed because I am not use to it.
