Agreed!! I'm picky on the frosting too. Some of the bakeries around here cheap out and it ends up tasting like chemicals for the longer shelf life, and like, my cookies don't last that long. Gimme the good stuff!

Yeah and I mean I can no longer eat them but omfg I remember biting into the ones that were so soft and the frosting just like melted into it.

It's a cookie where the flavor is vanilla sugar. Basically. 😅

But if they're made right, they are soft and airy, with a slight crunch from the sugar coating.
