they mean exactly the same thing,
but as far as i am aware "come see" is just a cajun phrase but i was wondering if maybe there are other people who say it over "come here" ?? or have you at least heard 'see' over 'here' at any chance??

ive been so curious when i found out 'come see' is purely a cajun thing like that blew my mind no way is that not a world wide common phrase. 😭😭😭😭

I think within the context of phrasing they are technically similar, not exactly the same, even though the definitions for 'here' and 'see' are not.

The phrase "Come here" means to go to where a person is located.

The phrase "Come see" is usually used when one person wants the other to take a look at something and, sometimes, speak with the other about something at a different location.
Examples ~
1. If an employer needs to see an employee about something, they would say, "Please come see me in my office. / Come see me in my office."
2. Between friends when one says to the other, "Come see this! / Come take a look at this!"

i am speaking on behalf of my cajun dialect/vernacular like ive said, we use "come see" in the sense of that it means exactly the same as "come here", the quick sense of "come over to me". i know the differences in the overall language sense of 'here' and 'see' but thats not what im talking about. NOT location based, purely meaning "get over here" regardless of context.
i just meant "come here" or "come see". not other extra words in the sentences meaning anything else because thats changing the topic of my OP by changing the definition.

ive tried to explain this but ig its not getting through properly because cajun isnt a wide known dialect/language.
