i have honors math, reading, and science

im taking all honors classes rn and same sophomore year except math (but it dont rlly matter cause im taking precalc which is 3 grades higher than average soo yeah). i rlly wanna take an ap for every core class junior/senior year though

I took an AP science class my senior year. It was anatomy/physiology, and I just wanted to learn more about the human body and how everything worked. I did NOT expect a mean teacher and hard asf material! He didn't even give us an intro to the class, he straight up just jumped right into teaching.

Freshman and sophomore year I took AP world history and the rest were honors. Junior year there was only one type of class, at the end of the year I took the AP physics exam like everyone else but it wasn’t called an AP class. Senior year I took classes at university so there was no honors or AP.

Usually AP is considered a step above honors, and most people upon completion of said class take the AP exam, which is a nationwide standardized exam. It’s possible for people who have earned a high enough score on the AP exam to use it for college credit, rather than retaking those classes. The score required can vary by university, and can vary by exam. Sometimes universities won’t accept AP scores at all, or will only accept certain exams. For example, I got a 4 out of 5 on my AP World History exam, and that meant I could use it as credit for a humanities class, which I did. I actually got lucky because I was one class away from having enough for graduation at that point, so that saved me tbh.

I took Spanish Honors 3 during my senior year of high school.

During my junior year, my Spanish 2 teacher asked me if I wanted to take the Spanish Honors 2 test instead of the regular Spanish 2 test for the finals… I said yes and I passed that test with a 90, which led me to take Spanish Honors 3 senior year, which was fun because the teacher I had was my Spanish 1 teacher during Sophomore Year

I'm currently taking AP Spanish Language and Culture. In my school, this is the 5th year of high school-level Spanish. So I had to take 5 years 😭 I have my exam this Thursday as well!

I didn't take those, but I did take the ibo, so similar levels of difficulty (from what I hear) for english, math, 2nd language, history, music, chemistry
