- bts has put out exactly one song i like (outside of mots7) in the last couple years, but hey it's making them popular so it's a good year for THEM
- blackpink doesn't get anything ever, this is my fourth year in the fandom and i see the pattern by now
- mamamoo will most likely be disbanding next year so i sure hope so
- shinee is probably going to be solo activities, but taemin comes back at the end of the year
- f(x) is long disbanded but hopefully we get some solo stuff
- i think kingdom will complete the individual members' comebacks this year, then either end of 2022 or more likely 2023 they will be incredibly strong in 4th generation

depends on the group tbh. i think things will go great for most of my ults (especially WJSN if the rumors about them going to Queendom are true), although i am concerned about BVNDIT because of the financial troubles their company is having.

Ateez - well, seeing as they're embarking on a WORLD FREAKING TOUR, I'd say yes!
BTS - ngl I'm kind of losing interest in them as an ult group. I still stan them, dgmw, but they're just not as active as I'd like anymore.
Monsta X - see Ateez

Twice - I feel like they'll have a good year, yes. They did just release (in my book) the AOTY last year, so...
Everglow - maybe, if they keep releasing bangers
Red Velvet - I think with Yeri's movie and everything, they're bound to have a decent amount of success this year!
Itzy - hard to say, because the last comeback they had was like... the middle of last year? So I guess if they step up their game this year, they'll have that potential.
Loona - also a maybe. They haven't had a comeback in forever, though, it seems.

If SM remembers that SuperM exists I’ll be surprised. Not with Baek and Taem gone. They’ll be back but I don’t know if they’ll have a comeback, not with other groups needing comebacks too.

looking forward to taeyeon full album, yuju and viviz debut
and I'm overall more of a casual kpop stan now so I'll just be keeping an eye for any groups or check out new releases I might like

My most active group will be Stray Kids, as they have two albums and their SKZPlayer/SKZRecord songs coming out.

Apink are already confirmed to having a comeback in February.
BtoB will probably have a tenth anniversary comeback in March.
EXO may or may not be escaping SM in April. Ditto Day6 for JYP in September.

Others will probably have comebacks too (Jeong Sewoon where are you??????)

2022 basically tor me hinges on EXO and what they plan to do, but at least we don’t have too long before we find out.
