I have seen discussion lately how A.I celebrities -> artificial intelligence will replace real ones what comes to cfs but also what comes to music industry.

My stance is that they might replace idols and models a bit in cf industry. Maybe models more of idols cause they have less of fanbase and lot of them just look nice in clothes

But I dont think they can in music industry. There is already vocaloids and as fun as they can be they are more like anime characters not only in look but how ppl see them. You know there is people behind them making up everything they do and are. You don't care about them similarly as real humans nor u look up to them.

Only scenario where A.I idols could replace real ones is if they are truly intelligence a person of their own. A terminator or android who knows but that's for sci-fi for now.

I don't think they can replace them entirely but I do think they will start becoming more and more common in various aspects in the future

They won't just completely replace them. Fans will still prefer idols with personality, individuality, a mentality... humans they can relate to.

nah, what truly sells idols isn't the skill or the music, but the community they build as individuals, kind of the human connection aspect of it all
