I saw this debate on TikTok and was curious about other’s opinions on the matter. As someone who works in food industry, yes we should be allowed to start cleaning before closing.​

In here some restourants dont take orders anymore 30min before closing. most take orders until 15min before closing and they are pretty much done everything by the closing time

of course, the workers have lives too they should get to clean early if they're able to and then leave on closing time or at least have saved time so they don't spend too much time stuck cleaning after work hours c:

Yeah. And allowed to lock the door at a certain time so no one tries to come in 5 min before closing.
