And yet for that gift to be a good gift? I jokingly thought of a gift for a family member and it’s kind of like that. The gift is something I would use probably daily at least and they would probably almost never use. But the fact that I can use it means they can be free from my daily requests for them to do that activity (I would do it if I could but I can’t). So it would benefit them while being something they don’t use. The issue is I can’t think of a better gift tbh, but I still feel like it’s weird to gift them something like that
