It depends on what you're going for I'd say, obviously rerolling cards like Hwasa Minhyun and Nako pay off when u go for the 3rd Batch but if u went for the 1st a batch of cards and get a choice of three really common cards again it's kind of a waste?

Well that's true but that's like 1 out of a 100 chance

and most sets I collect are from first batch except CLC

If you want something from the 2nd or 3rd batch there are quite a few valuable cards in them but rerolling the 1st batch you are more likely to end up with trash on average as it's bigger than the other two batches.

Overall I think it makes good use of cards that you'd be hard to make use of otherwise and speeds up the process of completing sets for the most part that otherwise might take months to complete with just dailys.

Re-rolling cards that are hard to trade because they are so common for at least one possible decent choice is worth it for sure.
