I’m on birth control so I don’t need to worry about periods for now. But when I was having them they weren’t consistent so I didn’t track them much

I dont need to, I`m taking the birth control pill. so I knoe exactly when its coming. same day it begins and ends.

I have the tracker app, doesnt take any effort. They are usually quite regular.

i don't have an app, i just remember approximately what time of the month it comes. i also pay attention to my pms (i mean my mood swings so much i can't help but notice it lmao) so that's there
