Milk with sugar, cornstarch, and sometimes other things (like vanilla) that is solidified in the fridge and then breaded and usually deep fried. I air fry mine though

It very much is. I think it’s a pretty popular thing in Cantonese cuisine, and some Chinese restaurants will have it. There’s also a dish of Spanish origin that’s very very similar.
