I used to, but then I got tired of the lack of comments on my stories. I do still post from time to time, though.

i tried writing a story once, but after the first chapter i realized it suuuucked so i gave up and deleted my account two days later

I used to use it a lot. Back in middle school I wrote something that was actually pretty successful, but I got into a really bad writer's block that I never came out of and fell out of it
