I want a long quality of life. It's one thing to live for a long time; it's another thing to be healthy for a long time.

My family isn't one that ever prioritized health, so I've been able to witness first hand that what seems mildly inconvenient at 40 is crippling by 60, 70, 80. Serves as a good reminder for why I go to the gym.

I'd want to live as long as possible, so that I could spend as much time with my daughters (and future grandchildren?) as I possibly can...
