According to others, I don’t do them, but lately, I bit my lower lip in sleep and wake up with blood on my lips.

I have a lot of pillows, and I've woken myself up snoring when I sometimes get them stacked in such a way that my head flops and cuts off my breathing a smidge.

That sounds a lil bit dangerous, but if it doesn’t happen like every night, it could be okay.
I’m a little afraid of too many pillows or sleeping on my stomach cuz how to breath?

Yeah XD I have nerve problems so when I lay completely flat and relaxed my legs or something will jerk x.x
