Well I’m mostly going to be focusing on the Gaelic side of Celtic culture; I hope you don’t mind :)
The old Celtic/Gaelic law, the Brehon law, was in use since the Iron Age, and had laws such as:
women being able to keep their own name, divorce being allowed even when people were heavily Catholic, instead of jail or execution people were fined in cattle, homosexuality was accepted and only became criminalised in the 16th century when the English made it so, and a lot more laws that are actually very advanced for their time.
I’ll try and give more info later as I’m busy atm
