I have this voice in my head that keeps shouting things like this to me. But either i dont care anymore or i have accepted my fate cause i dont hear that voice as much anymore

all the time because i struggled a lot with toxic friends when i was younger and now my brain always makes me think that i'm a burden and that i'm just taking up space in my friend groups and that they'll all just be better off without me
