So apparently Korean cuisine has been trending here in the US. I like Korean food. Especially samgyeopsal, kimchi and korean rice. It's so diviiiiine. Jajangmyeon (essentially Korean-Chinese cuisine),dumplings and fried pork. Chefs kiss. What're your favorite Korean dishes? If you've never had Korean food before, what would you like to try?

Bimbimbap is yum for sure. So many fresh and light ingredients in one bowl. Makes me feel like a health guru. Hotteok when made right is the bomb diggity. I prefer more cinnamon and less nuts in mine. Also plain batter versus the matcha batter.

Oh wait, wtf. I thought you were referring to Tteokkboki. I've never even heard of Yopokki. Ahh, so the brand name is Yopokki and the food itself is Ropokki. A combination of Ramyun and Tteokkboki. So you like it spicy.

I've tried so hard to like Kimchi... but failed so badly. It's tolerable at best.
