just lie down or sit down and do absolutely nothing?

sometimes I have to do it after i get home from work because i'm so tired but usually i hate doing it

sometimes its really peaceful to just sit in quietness. other times, its lonely.

I can enjoy it but I'm usually thinking or on my phone so it's not really nothing at all
