I have a very hard time concentraiting with out it. I have ADD so if I don't have a way of splitting my attention... nothing gets my attention if that makes any sense. In a quiet environment every single creak, tap, tick, breath of air, slight breeze etc. distracts me.

Yeah for me I concentrate with instrumental music. Anything with lyrics is a distraction
