I've seen plenty of girls who only like girl groups but I bet the opposite is rarer than a Unicorn. And I don't mean strictly on here but anywhere in the world.

I just think its impossible for a straight guy to be into kpop and not get infatuated with at least one girl group.

Well... I think my brother used to like Westlife and Backstreet Boys, and didn't listen to any girl group, when he was younger.
