Does this ever happen to anyone else? You come back from doing something fun and you really really enjoy it but when you come back your mood dips because you miss it so much and you can’t pick yourself back up?

kinda, when my mood dips it's actually because of my bipolar depression and not because i miss doing something fun, unfortunately

same, i can count more than a hand full of times where my mood just dropped when tho nothing happened at all. even when i am actively doing that fun thing

Yes, I haven’t had it happen in a while though since I haven’t really experienced anything really exciting irl. I’ll usually feel better in about three days or so. I hope your mood picks back up again soon, wishing only the best.
