Does weather impact your mood during the day? For example my mood improved a lot since it got more sunny outside

Only inasmuch as it affects my joints; it's cold and rainy/snowy here, so I'm hurting, so I'm in a worse mood than I was yesterday.

Extreme weather change makes me ill, lot of head colds and tiredness, nose bleeds and such.

But generally the sun makes me miserable and rain makes me calm.
