Does your timezone affect you as a kpop fan? (1 Viewer)

I live in PST so it's not that bad but I wonder if you have a really different timezone if it fecks you over for like V-lives and stuff

I live in EST s it's not bad, only issue is MVs dropping early sometimes but I just wait until I wake up. I would only sacrifice sleep for SuperM

My time is UK time. So it usually works out fine for MV releases etc as they are released in the morning for me :)

I'm also in PST and it's not bad tbh. Except when it's 3AM here for a comeback and the east coast is lucky and it's only 6am.

I would never sacrifice sleep for a MV or anything like that. I respect those hardcore fans, but at the same time it is a bit silly in my book.
On the other hand, KST time is not that bad as I live in Europe and when it is 1 am, it´s 5 pm where I live :). Ideal. But I remember when I was younger and I had friends online who I wanted to chat to, they were Americans and the time zones were just hard to keep.

I love what I love, but it is not like my favourite artists are gonna pay my rent :D.

Not really. midnight in Korea is after noon here. And morning for the MV releases so not too bad

A lot of the times yes. I’ll be getting ready to go to bed at around 2 AM when all the sudden one of my faves are live and I’ll watch a big chunk of the live.

MVs and teasers drop during the day unless it's YG they always put them up when its like midnight for me lol

mvs are usually dropped in like 4 in the morning for me i have insomnia though so i’m up for a lot of the releases and v lives
