i don't even notice I'm eating it, its just..when there's a snackable food in front of me ill just eat it without even knowing how much I am consuming. for thanksgiving we had a bowl of pomegranate seeds out, and I kept eating until half the bowl was gone and the guests didn't even arrive yet my mum banned me for the day lolol
