nina... im so sorry </3 pets definitely know love and they can feel it too. your pupper had such a happy life loving you and being loved by you. and that love doesn't die with death, it's eternal and it seeps into everything and you will continue to feel it when you think of your pup's tail wagging when you gave him belly rubs, and you'll find it in pictures of his happy silly face. sending u the biggest hug
