My mom, brother, and I were playing frisbee today. I was throwing to my mom, my mom to my brother, and my brother to me. My mom caught one and smugly says she always catches them (she doesn’t). So I made sure to make the next throw go too far for her to catch

Tbh I’ve actually decided to not go back. I’ll miss tumbling especially, but I can’t really justify that it’s worth it after my pcl year at the end of 2021 and acl tear at the end of 2022. But my doctor did say if I want to go back to sports of some kind he would likely clear me for intenser sports in a few months.

It was, but as much as I’ll miss it it’s not good for me to be injured for both obviously physical reasons, but mental ones too. As for post recovery sports tbh it’s none right now, if you don’t spend part of your time flipping upside down it’s not a worth it sport to me But he meant it as more of a blanket recovery statement not a statement about a specific sport
