It is pretty nice, I prefer the sexy concept but thats how girl groups generally are for me. They're definitely talented either way.

It's probably easier that way, for me many groups I have stanned have had member leaves, often it's members I really liked too and well it doesn't just feel the same. I wouldn't say I was quite fan of Hello Venus though, I was just quite into Pledis at the time (NU'EST and Orange Caramel) and I had some friends who stanned them so I definitely got interested too. But three members I liked most were Lime and then two who left so yea lost interest after that.
