I actually get upset at my body for basically trolling me.

I tell it, "Sneeze, damn you! Don't mess with me!"
Then, when I sneeze a few moments to a bit later, my anger subsides because of the satisfying relief of finally getting rid of it.

That's not an issue. But you have a real problem if you can't stop sneezing.

Why would you suppress a sneeze. It's a necessary and basic human function....

Because it's not polite to sneeze in some situations, at least before excusing yourself from that situation first.

Also, it can just be inconvenient at times.

I just cover and the apologize. I've had allergies so bad through out life I'd never be able to leave home if I couldn't just sneeze.
