Yes, JiU is on the left side at the end and Gahyeon is on the right side at the end, because you can see Gahyeon's hair tied up the way she has had it in this teaser and other than SuA, she's the smallest, but it doesn't look like it was SuA, and JiU, you can definitely tell that's her.
Also, you can see both JiU and Gahyeon get into their position when it comes into full view.
