She’s the first character I mained when I began playing Genshin. She’s the only character I have who is triple-crowned

Once you reach level 9 for any of the top talents (Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst), you will get an option to use a crown as a way to level it up from 9 to 10.

So I have Ningguang’s talents at 10-10-13 (that’s because Elemental Burst level raises by 3 after getting the 3rd Constellation).
