Kpop fans love to throw around mistreatment. You don’t like your favs haircut? Mistreatment. They “only” had 2 comebacks this year while groups from the same company had zero or one? Mistreatment. You think the packaging is ugly even though it’s widely liked by others? Mistreatment. Your fav gets the fewest lines and is the weakest singer/rapper of the group? Mistreatment. Meanwhile there literal sexual abuse, child abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, and more tbh. I don’t think that mistreatment that’s less extreme isn’t worthy of discussion or being talked about but sometimes the “mistreatment” that your idols go through isn’t mistreatment, often it’s just that you happen to dislike something related to them, like how something visually looks or that you get bored in between comebacks or whatever. Had ones taste been a little different it would magically not be mistreatment anymore.
