this was the moment i was so glad our language has a great variety of curse words because the amount of k****, ja pi*****ę and ch*j by to za***ał coming out of my mouth went off the scale

like i know my beloved adonxs didn't have the best performance due to that one missed cue a la poland 2022 like maybe technical issues or the guy got nervous (bc at the end these artists are just human unlike those who spent money to vote for isnotreal) but he could have stood there for 3 minutes rambling nonsense in czech and it would still be a more deserving qualifier than new flop will rise or shitvivor... as for australia i have no words lol i didn't even look at the screen during the last qualifier bc i was so sure they're the one

thankfully all the artists i was rooting for made it to the finale, so i didnt have reactions like that. although i have a "co do ch***" moment when Portugal qualified over Belgium on tuesday. Czechia not qualifying was surprising cause he was considered one of the favourites to win overall, right? i wonder what was the difference in the points and where he placed or how many he missed to qualify. people were probably like 'oh he's a shoe-in imma vote for someone else' - see dont tell me your vote doesnt change anything or doesnt matter!!!

LET'S GO POLAND!!! honestly idk this is me being delulu but i feel like we are going to get something like the michał szpak score on saturday. i was so happy for kyle when he Q'd because the guy just had his wisdom tooth removed and for him to flop would be just "tyle złego na jednego" kinda situation.

tbf after my fave flopped miserably i kinda don't give a fuck about the result anymore but an erika win would be so damn perfect for this contest especially given that finnish media prioritised sauna song over ich komme. they should get a flop representative like blanka to fully appreciate what they have rn.

idk if you had ukraine and switzerland there from the start but these songs grew on me after their SF performances. that 70s looking filter on ukraine stratched my brain in the right way and switzerland is the kind of artistry basic poles think sanah is. a double win is something i wouldn't even mind.

oh absolutely!! czechia was 6th in the odds at one point, higher than finland and estonia, everyone thought juries would eat it up AND then that damn belgium NQ happened so people began to assume same fate must happen for czechia and he started falling down and unlike certain countries they couldn't be saved by diaspora or voting allies. now those damn mustii comparisons from jobless eurovision stans will never cease even though that belgian dude's performances were 99% a complete vocal flop and here he was 10/10 at the pre parties - like this is just heartbreaking and during the SF performance he looked so nervous from the start and now knowing that he won't get a 2nd chance... eurovision just made feel like this tweet over a grown ass man 😭

user demeterjin it took me 5 years but i get you now. except i couldn't do my best because poland was in flop semi 1 where our performance was the best one anyway

so i just read smth about the jury final and apparently justyna had some trouble letting go of the ropes she used to hang from the ceiling and then the running part was kinda messy 😭😭 so if juries tank us again, it'll probably be the reason why

GODDDDD i hate it here. first the czechia technical error on 2nd chorus and now justyna struggling with the ropes??? i feel like the universe hates me atp because my fave contestants always get worst shit happening to them. i should have pretended to stan new flop will rise...
