What's the required aspect ratio for banners as I'm interested in designing a banner for user of the month and the children's day card event (if we do one this year cuz I recall there being one the previous year). I have a really good editing program but I'd just like to know the requirements for banners especially the required aspect ratio and who/where I send it to for consideration

We have a lovely graphics team that provides all our banners

This is not a thing users do, but I would encourage you to apply the next time applications open.
