i disagree about fake 👎 they did say in the festa dinner that they've been struggling with what their sound should be in the past 2 years and their whole plans were fucked by the pandemic, they were supposed to leave for the military after their tour but stayed in the end so the lack of planning probably made some of their releases look half-baked or widly different. even be was a suprise

I think that's a reason why it sounds fake. They just didn't know what to do, and threw stuff to the wind, try and make it authentic. It didn't work, in my eyes, but to many people it did, and that's what counts in the end.
