Former Pristin member Lim Nayoung is reportedly searching for a new agency in order to begin a new start in her career.
One representative said, “Lim Nayoung, the former Pristin member who recently terminated her contract with Pledis, is slowly searching for new agencies. Currently, she has received love calls from a couple of companies.”
On May 24th, Pledis, the agency that Lim Nayoung and Pristin were affiliated with, released this official statement: “Firstly, we'd like to sincerely thank fans who love Pristin. We are delivering the official statement regarding the disbandment of PRISTIN and the termination of contracts for members.” And further stated that “the company and the members had in-depth discussions for a long time and deliberated before coming to a mutual agreement. It has been decided that with the exclusion of members Kyulkyung, Yehana, Sungyeon; seven members (Nayoung, Roa, Yuha, Eunwoo, Rena, Xiyeon, and Kyla) will have their exclusive contracts terminated as of May 24, 2019.”
On the other hand, Lim Nayoung was selected as a debut member on “Produce 101 season 1” and was active from April 2016 to January 2017 as a member of I.O.I., where she received lots of love from her fans due to her mature visuals, slim and tall height, fit figure, and fresh charm. In addition, her unexpected vocal abilities and quiet demeanor has many expecting her to walk on a flower road.

I really wish her all the best She was my bias in I.O.I so I really hope everything works out for her Same sentiment goes out to all the other Pristin members too

Which company do you think will pick her up? Woollim would be pretty decent I think (especially if she'll be in a group with Juri)

She deserves it. I hope that she is going to succeed in the future.

I just hope that whichever agency picks her up is not strictly a music agency as her age is gonna start working against her so having the option to do acting or modelling would be a good idea.
